PDI Safety Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
PDI Safety is a safety reporting, documentation, and compliance management application used by PDI Construction to support field safety operations, incident reporting, policy access, inspections, claims follow-up, heat stress documentation, corrective actions, and related safety workflows.
Information We Collect
PDI Safety may collect information submitted through public reporting forms and protected internal modules, including names, jobsite information, report descriptions, dates, times, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, uploaded documentation, safety observations, incident details, corrective actions, claim-related information, inspection results, heat stress response records, and other information voluntarily entered into the app.
Some reports may allow users to use their device location to help identify a jobsite or incident location. Location use is optional unless a specific workflow requires it for business or safety documentation. Users may type the location manually instead of using device location when available.
How We Use Information
PDI Safety uses submitted information to document safety activity, review and respond to incidents, track corrective actions, support regulatory and company safety requirements, manage safety policies, evaluate jobsite conditions, monitor trends, support claims administration, and improve field safety communication.
Public reporting forms are intended to allow fast submission of safety reports without requiring a login. Protected modules are limited to authorized users based on assigned roles.
Photos and Attachments
Photos and uploaded files may be used to document jobsite conditions, incident scenes, equipment, corrective actions, heat stress controls, fall protection controls, policy acknowledgments, or other safety-related records. Users should avoid uploading unrelated personal photos or information not needed for the safety report.
Email Copies and Audit Logs
If a user requests that a copy of a submitted report be emailed, PDI Safety may record the related report, submission date and time, recipient email address, and delivery status for audit and recordkeeping purposes.
Information Sharing
Information in PDI Safety may be reviewed by authorized company personnel, safety management, supervisors, claims personnel, legal or compliance representatives, insurers, regulators, customers, contractors, or service providers when needed for safety operations, claims handling, compliance, investigation, reporting, or legal obligations.
PDI Safety does not sell personal information.
Data Security
PDI Safety uses role-based access controls and application security measures intended to limit access to protected records. Public forms are designed for report submission and should not expose private company records to unauthenticated users.
No system can guarantee complete security. Users should only submit information that is relevant to the safety, reporting, or compliance purpose of the form.
Data Retention
Safety, incident, inspection, claim, training, heat stress, corrective action, and compliance records may be retained as required by company policy, customer requirements, insurance needs, regulatory obligations, legal holds, or business recordkeeping needs.
User Choices
Users should submit only accurate and relevant information. If a user believes information was submitted incorrectly or wants to request review of information connected to a report, they may contact PDI Safety.
Children’s Privacy
PDI Safety is intended for workplace safety and business use. It is not intended for children or for personal consumer use.
